Refund Policy

Refund Process

All products sold on our website are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exception – Damaged Product

A replacement or refund will be considered only if the product is received in a physically damaged condition during transit.

 
Mandatory Proof Required

To raise a claim for a damaged product, the customer must provide all of the following within 48 hours of delivery:

  • A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked.

  • Clear photographs of:

    • The outer shipping package.

    • The shipping label (AWB).

    • The product packaging.

    • The damaged product from multiple angles.

 

Claims Will Be Rejected If

The request will not be accepted if:

  • The complete unboxing video is not provided.

  • The video is edited, paused, cut, or unclear.

  • Required photographs are missing.

  • The claim is submitted after 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product has been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.

  • The damage is caused by improper handling or misuse by the customer.

 

Inspection & Resolution

Once the required proof is received, our Quality Assurance Team will review the claim.

If the claim is verified, we will provide, at our sole discretion:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund to the original payment method.

 

The decision of Yagen Robotics Pvt. Ltd. regarding the approval or rejection of any claim shall be final.

 

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

 

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

 

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted
